  • Ochotné, milé a usměvavé obě paní recepční.

  • Kalamita v podobě mladé tmavovlasé servíky v restauraci, která nás obsluhovala u večeře. Byla bez zájmu, bez jiskry a bez ÚSMĚVU. Nepoděkovala nám za návštěvu, ůtratu a ani se nerozloučila při našem odchodu. S něčím takovým jsem se ještě nesetkal. V ČR ani v zahraničí.

Vážení hosté, velice se omlouváme za chování zmíněné servírky. Vaši stížnost jsme předali provoznímu restaurace a ten z ní vyvodí důsledky. V době Vaší návštěvy byla restaurace jenom ve zkušebním provozu a dolaďovali se detaily na oficiální otevření následující den - 1.8.2015. Věřím, že při příští návštěvě budete spokojeni nejen s hotelem, ale i s restaurací.

  • Hezký hotel, příjemný personál. Byly jsme ubytování v bezbarierovém pokoji - výborná byla i prostorná koupelna.

  • Čistota, ochota personálu, parkování - na dobré úrovni

  • Restaurace - nemají zde nic k pivu či vínu (Slané oříšky, chipsy apod)!!! Snídaně - výborné čerstvé pečivo, ale pouze rohlíky. Určitě by bylo vhodné rozšířit sortiment pečiva o chléb a tmavé či celozrnné pečivo.
